All iPhones sold by rayzen come with a standard one-year limited warranty provided directly by Apple. For all warranty claims, please contact Apple Support or visit an authorized service center.
Our Return Policy
We offer a 2-day return policy for items that are in their original, unopened box.
A fee of AED 20 will be charged for the pickup courier service.
Once the item is received and inspected by our team to confirm it is unopened and unused, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 4 working days.
